It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle, other than one acting in an emergency, to park said vehicle for a period of time longer than two (2) hours between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 AM of any day on any street or in or upon any Town-owned off-street parking facility, from November 15 through April 1 of each year without authorization from the Board of Selectmen or their designee. It shall be unlawful for commercial vehicles over 2 ½ tons carrying capacity from parking for longer than one hour on the street in residentially zoned neighborhoods between the hours of 12:00 midnight on one day until 8:00 AM the following day, except when making or picking up a delivery.
